There’s plenty of reasons to choose Azthetics Academy as your trusted training provider. But don’t just take our word for it, check out the reviews from our many happy delegates! If you’re still not convinced though here’s a few more reasons.

  • Dr Mahmoud Aziz MBBS – Dr Aziz is the founder and co-director of Azthetics academy and Azthetics clinic. He has years of experience in delivering the highest quality non-surgical aesthetic procedures and prides himself on an exemplary record of patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Maximum of 5 delegates per course – This upper limit of delegates per course means that you get 1:1 supervision while undertaking the practical element of your training day. It means you go home safe in the knowledge that all of your burning questions have been answered thoroughly
  • The Venue – The Azthetics academy operates out of the Bristol clinic situated on Whiteladies road in the exclusive Clifton area of Bristol. It is a state of the art facility with a large conference room, featuring projector and TV for interactive theory presentations. The practical clinical setting allows 360 model viewing for delegates to ensure you’ve got all the angles covered.

The Azthetics Academy is based in the Bristol Azthetics Clinic. It is located in the highly sought after area of Clifton just outside Bristol City centre. There is ample parking surrounding the site. Click here to see a map and for further travel information.

Azthetics Academy will arrange for a model for you on the day as a matter of course. If you have a desire to bring a model of your own it is very likely we will be able to accommodate this. Please do get in touch with us in a timely manner and we will make the necessary arrangements.

We will make sure that all delegates have everything they need in order to prepare effectively for their training day. This will include being sent course manuals prior to the training day to allow you time to read and digest the relevant material. While we will cover a lot of material on the day itself, a certain degree of knowledge prior to attendance will be presumed.

The Training Day

The specific content of each training day is variable dependent on the course that you have chosen. As a general rule our courses are one day courses and will last all day. You will be sent out a detailed itinerary immediately after your booking is confirmed outlining the specific schedule of the day.

Each Azthetics academy course has a maximum number of delegates of 5. We believe strongly that this makes for a much more focussed and hands-on working environment. It means each delegate has plenty of time for both practical experience and to have all of their burning questions answered fully.

Lunch is always included with every course. You will also be provided with refreshments including tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day. Please do let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.

We encourage delegates to wear what they are comfortable wearing for everyday practice. While we promote a professional dress code at all times please do wear something that is also comfortable.

Yes, you will be issued with a fully insurer approved certificate upon successful completion of the course.

CPD

Continuing professional development (CPD) is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It enables learning to become conscious and proactive, rather than passive and reactive.

The concept of collecting CPD points/hours is a process of continual learning and development which should be submitted at intervals to one’s regulatory body for appraisal purposes. CPD can comprise of a variety of training modalities including workshops, conferences, career specific events and online courses.  CPD is based on individuals improving within their personal and professional goals.

Continual development allows a practitioner to ensure their knowledge and skills remain up to date in an environment that is constantly changing and development.

Each CPD provider, of which Azthetics Academy is one, will advise on the amount of CPD points each course is worth. Depending on your regulatory body you will be required to complete a certain number of hours in a given academic year. Please see the course-specific information in the ‘Courses’ section to see how many points your course is worth.

We will make sure that all delegates have everything they need in order to prepare effectively for their training day. This will include being sent course manuals prior to the training day to allow you time to read and digest the relevant material. While we will cover a lot of material on the day itself, a certain degree of knowledge prior to attendance will be presumed.
